Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help. 

Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Returns are accepted only with proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items purchased on clearance or sale
  • Innerwear, personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Refunds

  • Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Return Shipping

  • Return pickup will be arranged by us where applicable.
  • If self-shipping, customers are requested to use a reliable courier service.
